Role Overview:

As an Executive Assistant at Leoono, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is capable of handling a wide range of administrative tasks with discretion and efficiency. The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with regular office-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, organize materials, and take minutes for executive meetings.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate internal and external events, including team meetings, client visits, and corporate functions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Discretion: High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
